Which Is The Best Disney World Park For Quick Service Vegan Food?

If you are a vegan visiting Disney World you are in for a treat! Disney World is a vegan foodie destination but just which Disney World park for the best vegan food?

In 2019 Disney World announced they would be adding plant-based options across hundreds of their restaurants. And boy have Disney stepped it up!

Since 2020, when the rollout began, Disney World has included so many amazing plant-based dishes on their menus! They have also added the green leaf symbol so vegans can easily see which dishes are available to enjoy.

But with so many options available where can you find the best of the best?

Which Disney World Park has the most amount of variety with its vegan options?

Out of the four Disney World theme parks which has the best quick service vegan options?

The winner is....

HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS!

One reason this park takes the crown is the amount of vegan quick service options. Hollywood Studios has the highest out of any park and this is great news for us because it means it has lots of variety!

THE BEST QUICK SERVICE VEGAN MEALS AT HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS

Let's take a look at the best plant-based options you can enjoy whilst at Hollywood Studios!

Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo

This Galaxy's Edge dining location serves one of the most highly rated vegan dishes across Disney World! The Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread is made from plant-based meatballs, a herb hummus, a tomato and cucumber relish and comes with pita bread. A super tasty meal for when you are visiting Batuu!

Ronto Roasters

Last month Ronto Roasters in Galaxy's Edge finally added plant-based options to their menu! About time! Now you have both a breakfast and a lunch & dinner option!

For breakfast dine on the Triple Suns Breakfast Wrap. This wrap is made from plant-based egg, a smoky chickpea-onion slaw and roasted tomato sauce all wrapped in a pita bread. The zingy of spice make this an exciting breakfast option!

For lunch and dinner enjoy the Zuchii Wrap. Enjoy a pita bread filled with grilled zuchini, a smoky chickpea-onion slaw, creamy garlic-tahini sauce and fresh cilantro. Your tastebuds will think this is out of this world!

ABC Commissary

Come here to enjoy the Curry Rice Bowl with Tofu or the California Burger.

The Curry Rice Bowl with Tofu brings some great, interesting flavours. The tofu is pineapple marinated and is served crispy! It is served with a red curry sauce, sauteed vegetables and jasmine rice. I love that there is a curry option available in Hollywood Studios!

The California Burger brings some heat with a sriacha mustard that joins a plant-based patty, balsamic glazed peppers and onions, lettuce and tomato. This spicy burger option so is great for fans of heat!

Woody's Lunch Box

Your inner child will love dining here! Choose from childhood classics such as a vegan grilled cheese or the famous plant-based totchos.

The Plant-based Grilled 'Cheese' Sandwich is made with melted vegan 'cheddar' on toasted sourdough bread.

The fan favourite Plant-based Totchos sees potato barrels topped with vegan chili and cheese and garnished with green onions and corn chips.

Rosie's All-American Cafe

One of the most unique vegan dishes to enjoy at Hollywood Studios is the Plant-Based 'Lobster' Roll from Rosie's All-American Cafe. Made with hearts of palm, apples, celery and a creamy Old Bay dressing this is a fantastic meal! It also comes with housemade chips.

Backlot Express

Come here for the Tatooine Two Suns Hummus. This is a great light meal or a great snack for two people to share!

The dish is made up of two types of hummus: red pepper and original. You also get pita bread and a salad tossed in a lemon vinegarette. The dish is topped with plant-based meat, crispy fried chickpeas and a cucumber relish. A great dish for a hot day!

Fairfax Fare

Fairfax Fare recently reopened with a new menu, which includes the new Chicago-Style 'Hot Dog' Salad.

The hybrid between a salad and a hot dog is made up of romaine lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, onions, a housemade dill pickle and a plant-based bratwurst. You also have a sweet relish, mustard and a neon green relish vinegarette to bring even more flavour! For some crunch the salad is topped with poppy and celery seed croutons.

This is a great option if you are looking for a salad that is hearty and is a totally unique take on a salad!

The Blue and Green Milk from Milk Stand in Galaxy's Edge are made with a blend of rice and coconut milk so are totally vegan! The Blue Milk has a fruity taste and the Green Milk is citrusy and tropical. You are also able to enjoy spiked versions of these! The Blue Milk Cooler is served with Barcardi Rum and the Green Milk Cooler comes with Corazon Blanco Tequila.

In the hot Florida sun enjoy some dairy-free ice cream from Hollywood Scoops.

For a filling snack visit BaseLine Tap House and order the Bavarian Pretzel with Spicy Mustard. Order without the beer cheese fondue for this to be a vegan snack.

If you are looking for a table dining meal whilst at Hollywood Studios head to Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant where you can get a vegan cookie milkshake (an actual vegan milkshake!) as well as the Flying Saucer burger which is made from a plant-based patty topped with grilled portobello mushroom, cashew-mozzarella, a garlic-tomato aioli, nut-free pesto, lettuce and tomato.
