Vegan food at
Disneyland Paris!
Find out just what vegan food you can find at Disneyland Paris!
Disneyland Paris can be more difficult to find vegan food than at Walt Disney World but in 2022 we saw so many new vegan dishes appear on the menus! Now almost all the restaurants offer at least one plant-based option which is fantastic! This handy guide will let you know what vegan dishes you can enjoy at Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, Disney Village and the Disneyland Paris Hotels!

The great news is you will find vegan dishes are labelled as vegan on the menus and do not contain meat, fish, dairy, eggs or honey. Any item marked on the menu as vegan will be totally vegan.
Any options that aren't marked on the menu as vegan may have cross-contamination, are cooked on a shared grill or may contain animal products so please ask to see the allergen menu before ordering. Sadly some of the chefs do not have the correct information so always ask for the allergen menu.
When visiting a buffet ALWAYS ask to see the allergen menu. Some items will be marked as vegan, so will be safe to eat, but any other items (such as vegetables etc) will need to be checked against the allergen menu. The chefs do not always have the correct information so please do not rely on them to check if an item is safe to eat or not. The allergen menu is your go to!

Each restaurant will have a folder that contains all the ingredients of each dish on the menu (just like at Disney World!). If you don’t speak French just remember the words for animal ingredients and pay attention to the words in bold characters as these are common allergens (such as milk).

I hope this list helps you plan out your dining whilst at Disneyland Paris! Although vegan options are harder to come by once you know all the vegan foods you can eat and where to find them you can easily plan out your meals whilst at Disneyland!
