There are now so many vegan options at Walt Disney World! And in 2020 Disney added the plant leaf symbol onto their menus clearly showing what items are plant-based and suitable for vegans. Go Disney! Below are 5 iconic Disney snacks that also happen to be vegan!
1. Mickey Pretzel
Anything Mickey shaped already tastes 100% better than anything else. And this delicious, and super filling, snack is vegan! Omit the cheese sauce or stuffed pretzels and enjoy this iconic Disney treat!
2. Popcorn
The buttery sweet popcorn that everyone loves is in fact vegan! No butter is used! Popcorn always tastes better when eaten when walking down Main Street: FACT!
3. Dole Whip Soft Serve
Dole Whip has to be my favourite Disney snack. It is so refreshing in the Florida heat! It is now available in a range of flavours, including the iconic pineapple, so make sure you try them all! Omit the vanilla swirl and any chocolate decorations as these are not vegan. But the dole whip soft serves themselves are all vegan! Pictured above in the Pineapple Dole Whip Float, which is pineapple soft serve with pineapple juice. Yum!
4. Blue and Green Milk
These drinks are new to Hollywood Studios and are available from the Milk Stand in Galaxy’s Edge. Both use plant based milks and are vegan as standard! These drinks are Instagram ready!
5. Dairy-free Ice Cream with Peanut Butter Sauce
On hot days everyone enjoys an ice cream. And at Plaza Ice Cream Parlor in Magic Kingdom you can enjoy some dairy-free ice cream topped with peanut butter sauce! The dream!
