World of Frozen Tips In Disney Adventure World!

Now Disney Adventure World has had its grand opening here are some tips I picked up to help you get the most out of your visit! If you are going to be visiting World of Frozen in Disneyland Paris and the brand new Adventure Way here are all the tips you need!

World of Frozen currently has one entrance and one exit. When you walk down Adventure Way you will get to a floral display where the path then takes two directions. Keep to the left as this will take you to the entrance of World of Frozen!

In the app you are able to see the ride wait times, but we now also can see the wait time to enter World of Frozen! At the moment there will be a queue to enter this new land. To find out the wait time open the app and scroll down. On the home page there is a 'Entry To World of Frozen' section. Click here to see the current wait time!

World of Frozen seems the most busy in the mornings! In the late afternoon and evenings and wait times drop. This is a great time to visit! It also means the rest of Disney Adventure World has shorter than usual queue times in the morning! Take advantage of this!

To meet Anna and Elsa at Royal Encounter in World of Frozen you will need to apply via the virtual queue in the app. This opens at 9.45am and 2pm daily. At 9.45am you need to be in the park to apply. For the 2pm virtual queue you can be anywhere! Be sure to get to the virtual queue in the app ahead of time and keep refreshing the page so you can click to join as soon as the virtual queue opens.

You can meet Mickey Mouse in his new Boardwalk themed outfit in Adventure Way without using the virtual queue! There are also roaming characters in World of Frozen, such as Oaken, Mossie, the citizens of Arendelle and of course Olaf!

There are two new shows in Adventure Way and one in World of Frozen! Be sure to use the app to find out the showtimes on the day of your visit! You can enjoy Minnie's Marching Band, Musical Moment with Rapunzel and Flynn and A Celebration In Arendelle multiple times a day!

Cascade of Lights is the brand new nighttime show! This takes place on the lake, so the great news is there are lots of viewing spots! I really think there is no bad location to view this show from!

To get the lake ready for the nighttime show the bridge between the exit to World of Frozen and Meet Mickey Mouse will open up. This means this pathway is then closed. This happens around 7.40pm, many hours before the show! So just keep this in mind as you will have to walk the long way back around the lake if you wanted to visit the areas near the bridge.

If you haven't been able to get a reservation for Regal View there is a Lounge. Here you can enjoy drinks and light bites, however there are no characters in the lounge to meet.

There are lots of new dining booths in Adventure Way! Two of them have outdoor seating, Cafe Luminosity and La Terrasse Panoramique. The other booths have some standing tables in front of them. You could also head towards the lake as this has lots of bench seating.

The expansion of this park is very exposed, so be sure to bring extra layers to watch Cascade of Lights as it gets very cold in the evenings, especially when there is wind! Also bring waterproof jackets on rainy days and sun protection in the summer. There is very little shade or shelter so just come prepared for all weathers!
