Every year, Disneyland Paris celebrates its anniversary with a special conference revealing all the exciting updates coming to the parks—and 2025 is no exception! From brand-new attractions to dining experiences and hotel renovations, there’s a lot to look forward to. Here's everything that was announced during this year's Disneyland Paris anniversary event!

New 'Up' Ride Coming to Adventure Way
A brand-new Pixar "Up" ride is officially coming to Adventure Way at Disneyland Paris! This exciting addition is expected to bring guests on a high-flying adventure with Carl, Russell, and Dug. While specific ride details are still under wraps, the announcement has already generated huge buzz among Disney fans.

This "Up" attraction will be a swinging carousel type ride, which perfectly fits in with the boardwalk feel of Adventure Way! We already knew we will be getting a "Tangled" themed 'tea cups' ride and this brand new swing attraction is another classic fairground amusement!

Adventure Way Construction Updates
We also received new construction photos from Adventure Way, giving us a behind-the-scenes look at the progress. This immersive land is shaping up beautifully and is expected to bring a fresh and adventurous energy to the Walt Disney Studios Park in 2026, when the park will official change to it's new name "Disney Adventure World".

Adventure Way is still heavily under construction and with the announcement of a brand new ride in addition to what we already knew was coming, it has lead to speculation as to whether Disneyland Paris will still be able to hit their 2026 opening date target. What do you think?

Brand New Princess Dining Experience at The Regal View
Get ready for a royal treat! A new Princess dining experience is coming to The Regal View Restaurant and Lounge. Guests will be able to enjoy a regal meal alongside Disney Princesses in an elegant setting. This is sure to become a must-do for families and Disney fans alike.

World of Frozen: Still No Opening Date, But New Photos Released
Fans were eagerly awaiting an official opening date for World of Frozen, but unfortunately, that announcement didn’t come. However, Disneyland Paris did release new construction photos showing how much progress has been made. The land looks stunning and promises to be worth the wait!

Disneyland Paris have said World of Frozen will open in 2026. We were hoping that this big announcement conference would give us an opening date, or at least an opening season, however will a lot of construction still to go Disney may be being vague about an opening date, just in case this is delayed.

Lion King Land: New Concept Art and Ride Details
Another exciting update was the new concept art for Lion King Land, which confirmed a thrilling water ride featuring a 16-metre drop! This new land will transport guests into the heart of the Pride Lands, and the dramatic drop is sure to make it a standout attraction.

Not only did we get to see how the outside of this ride would look, we also got a sneak peek at one of the scenes the features Simba, Pumbaa and Timon!

3D Model and Map of Disney Adventure World Revealed
A detailed 3D model of Disney Adventure World was revealed, showcasing the park's immersive design. This model will also be available for the public to view soon.

Alongside this, a new park map highlighting the upcoming lands and experiences was unveiled—perfect for getting a sneak peek at what's to come.

World Premiere Entrance Updates & Delay
The new entrance to Walt Disney Studios Park, named World Premiere, is looking fantastic. However, its opening has been pushed back to 15th May.

We got some brand new photos to show what the inside of World Premiere looks like and how far along the construction is.

Guests were treated to artwork that will decorate the exterior of World Premiere. This is going to be a great photo spot in this park!

Casey’s Corner Awning Finally Gets an Opening Date!
After a year and a half of anticipation, we finally have an opening date for the Casey’s Corner awning! It will be ready for guests to enjoy in June 2025.
Once completed, construction will begin on a new awning over the Tower of Terror's outdoor queue, making queuing more comfortable during all weather conditions.

Sequoia Lodge Hotel Renovation Announced
One of the biggest surprises was the announcement that Disney's Sequoia Lodge will undergo a major renovation starting in 2026. The new concept art reveals modern, bright, and beautifully updated rooms, which are a big step up from the current, darker decor.

The hotel will remain open during renovations, so guests planning a stay from 2026 onward should be aware there may be some disruption.
